SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are processed on a weekly basis. Please call us if you require expedited shipping methods not listed in checkout options.
All orders are hand made. We reserve the right to make minor design changes, alter dimensions, and modify materials as necessary without notice. Items may vary slightly from listed information as, again, every item is handmade. Slight variations in size and/or color do not indicate defects, are not considered flaws, and are the trademark of handmade products.
The majority of orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks from order for receipt of order unless expedited shipping is requested. Lead times may vary. If immediate shipment is required, please contact us for details on in-stock items.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which is at the sole discretion of FBP Works. All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us directly at 323•404•0465 to receive an authorization number. FBP Works must be notified of all merchandise returns within 5 business days upon receipt of delivery. Custom designs cannot be accepted for returns. Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. Shipping charges on all return merchandise are non-refundable and exchanges will incur additional charges. All returns must reference your return authorization number and be clearly labeled as a return. Please return merchandise through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail) to the following address: FBP Works 1510 S. BREAKAGE: FBP Works items are ceramic. Breakages do occur. If an item breaks during shipping, please contact us immediately for replacement. Damaged items may only be returned for exact replacements. Damaged pieces should be wrapped in bubble wrap and returned via USPS (lowest possible shipping charge with tracking) to the following address: FBP Works 1510 S. Sierra Bonita Ave. Los Angeles 90019
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation notice must be given within 48 hours of the placement of the original order; otherwise a 20% restocking charge will apply. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 50% restocking charge. no cancellations are accepted once an order has been shipped. REFUNDS WILL BE SENT VIA CHECK TO THE PURCHASER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD. Please contact us if you have questions regarding cancellation.
